Public Service Announcement (50 points)
You are in charge of creating a 20-30 second Public Service Announcement, otherwise known as a commercial, for the school. You must create an interesting and informative annoncement targeted to the students, faculty, staff, or all of these groups here at Lincoln.

Research (Background Info)
Decide what the topic is of your commercial, discuss ideas with your group. Research the topic and find projects both professional and student completed on the internet. Make mental notes of ideas that worked for other projects and ideas that did not. Discuss with your group what you think the best idea for your group would be.
Scripting (10 points)
Based on your research and viewing other projects, script out what your project will become. Be concious of the amount of time for each phase or scene of your project. Your project should last a total of between 20 and 30 seconds. Keep in mind that you will be able to have background music, (a soundtrack) moving backgrounds, and animations. Be creative but always remember to be clear in you message. Make sure that it is CLEAR, CONCISE, ACCURATE, TRUTHFUL, AND INSPIRING.
Story Board (10 points)
Create a comic strip, short version of your project in the 20-30 second animation. Determine how many scenes you will need to have your commercial tell its story. Keep track of how long each of your scenes should last. Make sure that each scene is important to the content of your commercial.
Design (Draw in Flash) (10 points)
Flash pictures can include drawings, sketches, photos and text.
Animate (10 points)
Create movement in your animations.
