Move the mouse over the cell and click
	After typing information into a cell hit the return/enter key to move down one cell
	After typing information into a cell hit the tab key to move across (right) one cell
	Holding the shift key while pressing tab will move you to the left one cell
	Holding the shift key while pressing return will move you to the up one cell
