PowerPoint Project (50 points)
Option 1:
This project requires you to describe and present a task that is familiar to you. Some examples might be how make soup, how to do well in school, how to do well in this class, or how to look cool on the snowboarding slopes. You can choose what you want as long as it is appropriate and you can create an interesting presentation.
Option 2:
For this project you need to create a fairytale that can be shared with young children. The material for this project must be geared towards children in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades. Keep the level of violence to a minimum. Mystery is much more frightening than gore.
Before you will be allowed to work on the PowerPoint portion of the project, the word processing and the story board parts need to be approved by your teacher and copies need to be made. After teacher approval you will then be able to start the PowerPoint project.
Word Processing (10 Points): One page describing the subject in detail on what you will doing your Presentation.
Use this format for the above Word Processing portion of the project:

Storyboard (2 copies): Six (minimum) slide descriptors showing what your project should look like when it is completed. Your final grade will depend on how close you follow this format.
PowerPoint:
Title
Page: Must have the subject that you
will be describing. Must have your names in the
subtitle. Detail
Slides: (At least 5) Show the steps
involved in what you are presenting. Be creative,
descriptive, complete, but do not ramble. If you are doing
the story decide which slides will contain pictures, text,
or both and how it will be layed out. Animations:
Animate at least one piece of text. WARNING:
