You are in charge of throwing a party! You have been given a budget of $1,500.00 and have to entertain 36 people. Please pay close attention to detail because you will use this plan for your spreadsheet project. If you do not follow the directions exactly you will lose a great amount of time redoing your entire project in the spreadsheet application!:

Change the name and period to your own name and period.

OPTIONAL!! Make changes to the list of items in the plan.

Remember that this is an age appropriate party, there will be no alcohol or any other items that may not be allowed on school property.Use the below plan as a guide to designing your own party.

Do not bother with color, font, or pictures. They will not show up and will only waste time.

You must include at least fifteen (15) items and no more than twenty (20). This includes food, drinks, and entertainment.

DO NOT INCLUDE QUANTITIES OR COSTS!

Keep in mind that you are entertaining a group of people, friends, classmates, etc. Try to include things that people will enjoy. Feel free to give your party a name.

Once again, pay close attention to the formatting of this document. It will mean the difference between a copy and paste that will take 3 seconds as opposed to an entire period of retyping the whole document in the spreadsheet application! This is the final Word-processing project and will lead directly into the spreadsheet section of this class. Have fun with it!
